摘要
介绍了汽车左、右轮罩两工件整合在一起进行拉伸,然后经过整形、修边、冲孔、剖切等工序,再将左右两工件剖开。采用独特的冲孔模结构设计,解决了轮罩左、右剖面上的8个不同方位、不同角度的侧冲孔问题。
Left and right wheel cowling work piece of automobile were integrated and stretched, then through the work process of restriking, trimming, piercing and slitting, the left and right work piece were separated in the end. Unique structural design of piercing die was adopted to accomplish the piercing of eight side holes with different directions and angles on the left and right wheel cowling section plane.
