摘要
本试验采用植物组织培养的方法对手掌参试管苗形成的适宜外植体及培养基进行了大范围筛选。在选用的８种外植体中，只有芽部外植体在ＭＳ附加适量的ＫＴ、ＺＴ、ＮＡＡ及Ｖｃ的培养基中获得了具有２～３片幼叶的芽，并进一步诱导生根，首次获得完整的手掌参试管苗。
In this experiment, the proper exoplant and medium for culturingtesttube plants of Gymnadenia conopsea through tissue culture were selected. Amongeight kinds of exoplants, shoot exoplant was the only one that could grow out shootswith two to three leaves in Ms medium added proper quantity of KT, ZT, NAA or Vc.Roots were induced from the shoot exoplants and the testtube plants of G.conopseawere obtained.
