模态综合技术在振动筛结构动态分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 把模态综合技术运用到直线振动筛动态分析之中,将结构分解为十几个子结构,用有限元方法和模态实验方法对子结构进行模态参数分析。联接各个子结构,并对它们进行模态综合,得到整个振动筛结构的动态特性。将分析值与实验值作了对比,得到了满意的结果。 In this paper,the dynamic charaterisics analysis of a linear vibration screen structure was done by using component mode synthesis technigue(CMS). The CMS technigue is used, based on finite element structure models and a modal model of the entire structure was obtained from analystical/analystical substructure coupling method. The accuracy and efficiency of the method was demonstrated through comparisons with the experiment result, It is obvious that the results from synthesis model of shale shaker match guite weli with the results from experiment model analysis.
