连续加热炉数学模型控制中的炉温决策方法 被引量:12

摘要 根据连续加热炉炉温分段可控性和钢温的变化滞后于炉温的变化的特点,提出了一种新的炉温决策方法。该方法以控制段(加热段或均热段)内某处钢坯的平均温度和表面温度与设定值的偏差最小为控制目标,推导炉温决策的计算公式,因考虑了炉温对未来几个控制周期内的钢温的影响,很适合对加热炉动态热工过程的控制。模拟计算表明,该方法具有相当好的控制效果和收敛性。此外,还详细讨论了全炉钢温跟踪模型以及处理钢坯移动速度的两种途径。 Having understood that the temperature can be controlled respectively for each zoneof furnace and the billet temperature variance falls behind the variation of furnace temperature inreheating furnace,a new method for furnace temperature determination has been developed.Inthis method, the minimurn deviation of actual billet mean temperature and surface temperaturewith the expected ones is taken as the target to control,then the formula of furnace temperaturedetermination is derived for the heating zone or soaking zone;As the effect of furnace temperatureon billet ten1perature in future control cycles is considered,this method is applicable to the controlof thermal dynamin process in reheating furnace,the simulations have proved its controlled resultand convergence is excellent.Besides, the billet temperature calculation model and the treating ofbillet movement is also discussed in detail.
