摘要
以酸值(KOH)为190 mg/g的环烷酸为原料与多亚乙基多胺反应合成了环烷基咪唑啉中间体,再用硫酸二乙酯对该中间体进行季铵化,制得了水溶性的环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。较佳合成条件为:第一步,环烷酸/二乙烯三胺(摩尔比)=1:(1.2~1.4),催化剂H_3BO_3用量为环烷酸用量的0.3%~0.5%,室温~240℃阶梯升温方式;第二步,中间体/硫酸二乙酯(摩尔比)=1:(1.4~1.6),以异丙醇为溶剂,反应温度50℃,反应时间2 h。用失重法测出在1.000 g/L HCl+1.000 g/L H_2S腐蚀介质中对A3钢的缓蚀率大于85%。
An Oil-soluble imidazolinyl intermediate was prepared from naphthenic acid[acid value (KOH)=190 mg/g]and polyethylene polyamine firstly,and then it was water solubilised by reaction with diethyl sulfate into imidazolinylquaternary-ammonium-salt,which is a corrosion inhibitor.The optimal synthetic condition were found as follows:firstly,naphthenic acid/diethylenetriamine(molar ratio)=1/(1.2-1.4),the amount of catalyst H_3BO_3 is 0.3%-0.5%(to naphthenic acid),under stepwise temperature(rt-240℃);in the second step,imidazolinyl intermediate/diethylenetriamine (molar ratio)=1/(1.4-1.6),with isopropanol as solvent,reaction temperture 50℃,reaction time 2 h.The corrosion rate evaluated by the loss of weight method of A_3 steel in 1000 mg/L HCl+1000 mg/L H_2S corrosive medium is up to 85%.
