摘要
为实现建设项目的全寿命周期集成,需要建立全新的组织模式来组织建设项目的决策开发、实施、运营和维护.以项目集成管理为导向,组建由各参与方共同管理的联合组织,并根据项目阶段的不同对其成员及其作用进行动态调整.在对动态联合组织的目标、特征和功能进行了深入分析后,将动态联合组织模式下建设项目详细设计流程与传统模式进行了对比.鉴于动态联合组织中成员角色和作用的动态性,需建立联合组织的领导核心,并着重探讨了业主在领导核心中的特殊作用.
<Abstrcat> In order to realize the whole life cycle integration of the constructi on project, the new organization mode should be established to integrate the dev elopement, implementation, operations and maintanance of the construction projec t. Object as the project integration management, the dynamic united organizatio n consists of each project participants. The organization members and its func tion are dynamically adjusted according to the changes of the project phrases. After analysing the goal, the characteristic and function of dynamic united orga nizat ion, the project designing procedure of the construction project under the dynam ic united organization mode is compared with that of the traditional mode. In vi ew of the dynamic function and memebers in the united organization, the core lea ding team is needed and the special function of the owner is emphasized.
