摘要
以欧李春季萌发枝为外植体进行组织培养的初步研究。结果表明:L+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基对欧李茎段的启动有较好的效果,同时MS的启动效果也较好;适宜继代增殖的6-BA浓度为0.5mg/L~1.0mg/L,NAA为0.1mg/L~0.5mg/L;增殖培养的激素组合中6-BA/NAA在1~10之间较适宜;较理想的生根培养基为L+IAA0.5mg/L,生根率可达83.3%。
The experiment with stem segment of Prunus humilis as explant showed that L medium with 6-BA1.0 mg/L and NAA0.5 mg/L was the best for induction of bud clusters,MS medium was better.The suitable levels for the generation-continuing multiplication 6-BA was from 0.5 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L and NAA was from 0.1 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L.The rate of 6-BA/NAA was 1 to 10.The optimum medium for rooting was L medium with NAA0.5 mg/L,the rate of rooting reached 83.3%.
