摘要 用草酸、盐酸和硫酸分别对杨木APMP进行酸化处理,比较了不同pH值对杨木APMP的干/湿热致返黄的抑制作用,结果表明酸化处理能提高杨木APMP纸浆的白度和白度稳定性,草酸、盐酸和硫酸的最佳酸化pH值在5左右,三种酸对APMP的返黄抑制作用不同,其中草酸效果最优。简要分析了酸化处理抑制杨木APMP纸浆返黄的机理。 Some acids, such as oxalic acid, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid were used to treat poplar APMP respectively, and a comparison of different pH value on the dry/wet heat-induced brightness reversion inhibition effects was made. The results showed that the brightness and brightness stabilization of pulp were improved by acidification, and the optimum acidification pH value of oxalic acid, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid was about 5; different acids could provide poplar APMP with different brightness reversion inhibition, and the effect of oxalic acid was the best. The paper also provides a brief analysis of the mechanism of acidification in inhibiting brightness reversion of poplar APMP pulp.
