摘要
目的 探讨中药熏灸治疗外部性脑积水的临床疗效。方法 将外部性脑积水病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组应用Vojta诱导疗法、中医按摩等康复训练方法进行综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药熏灸疗法,6个月后对两组病例进行疗效比较。结果 对照组痊愈率5 7.6% ,总有效率90 .9% ,治疗组痊愈率86.1% ,总有效率10 0 .0 %。两组痊愈率、总有效率比较,具有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5～P <0 .0 1)。结论 外部性脑积水在综合治疗的基础上,应用中药熏灸可以提高疗效,促进康复,改善愈后。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fume and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine to external hydrocephalus patients.Methods The children with external hydrocephalus were divided into control and treatment group by chance. In control group,the patients received general Vojta-techniques and.Skilled massage treatment.In the treatment group,the patients had used not only fume and moxibustion but also general treatments.All of the recovery stages were six months.Results The ratio of recovery was 57.6%,the total effective ratio was 90.9% in control group whereas they were 86.1% and 100% in the treatment group.The different recovery ratios were analyzed(χ 2=14.05,P<0.01),there was significant difference on the effective ratios(χ 2=4.83,P<0.05).Conclusion Using fume and moxibustion after general recovery techniques could improve curative effect make progress and bring a good prognosis.
