摘要
以甲苯为起始物,通过Friedel Crafts酰化、α 溴代和胺化反应合成了一种新的α 氨基苯乙酮衍生物1 对 甲苯基 2 二乙氨基 1 丙酮。对胺化反应的研究结果为:用10g1 对甲苯基 2 溴 1 丙酮与12mL二乙胺在 (50±1)℃反应16h,产率为90.8%。并对目标产物进行了元素分析和谱学表征。初步测试结果表明,其光 引发效率与Irgacure907相似。
A new effective UV photoinitiator——1-p-tolyl-2-diethylamino-propan-1-one was synthesized from toluene via Friedel-Crafts acylation, α-bromination and amination. The amination was researched and the results were as follows: 10 g 1-p-tolyl-2-bromo-propan-1-one, 12 mL diethylamine, reaction temperature (50±1) ℃, reaction time 16 h .The yield was 90.8%. The product was characterized by elementary analysis, IR and mass spectrometries. The preliminary photoinitiative property tests showed that this compound possesses the similar photoinitiability to Irgacure 907.
