摘要
在３３例经剥制出Ｇｌｌｓｓｏｎ系统的游高肝脏标本和３例铸型肝脏Ｇｌｉｓｓｏｎ系统标本，对肝左叶内。Ⅰ～Ⅲ级胆管的类型、长度、管径、与主干夹角和动、静脉与胆管的空间构筑关系进行了观测；用肝表面标志对肝左叶内Ⅰ～Ⅲ级胆管的始端分别在肝膈、脏面进行了三维空间定位。文中对左肝内胆管手术入路和术式进行了探讨。
he types,lengths,external diameters,angles with
the main trunk and three-dimensionalrelations wIth the blood vessels
of the biliary ducts from the first to the third grade in the left
lobeof liver were observed and measured on 33 dissected and 3 cast
specimens of Glisson system. Thehepatic round ligament was chosed as
a marker for superficial location of the origins of biliaryducts from
the first to the third grade,on both the diaphragmatic and visceral
surfaces,Possibleoperation inlet to the biliary ducts in the left
lobe of liver was discussed.
