摘要
介绍了聚丙烯腈原丝在氧化为预氧化纤维后,进一步进行碳化制造出碳纤维的反应机理。即在碳化过程中随着反应温度的提高,纤维内部结构在逐步发生变化,纤维的各项性能也发生了显著的变化。
Introduced the carbonized reaction mechanism of polyacrylonitrile fiber ( PANF ). It was oxidized into polyacrylonitrile oxidized fiber ( PANOF ) first, than it was further carboniz ed to make carbon fiber ( CF ). The structure and performance of PANOF change evidently following the carbonized temperature increasing.
