环氧乙烷装置银催化剂的污染与再生

摘要 分析了环氧乙烷装置上使用的银催化剂在受压缩机密封油污染后,反应系统的操作条件及受污染催化剂的中毒与活性恢复情况。结果说明,银催化剂被密封油污染后,反应器出口氧浓度反映最敏感,中毒催化剂经过适当处理后可以再生,其活性可恢复到污染前的水平。 The contamination of silver catalyst in an ethylene oxide unit was investigated. Themost obvious phenomenon was that the exit oxygen concentration increased rapidly. It was concluded thatthe sealing oil from the compressor was the contaminated source. The contaminated catalyst can be regenerated by nitrogen and air under a moderate temperature. The activty of the regenerated catalyst was restored and reached the activity level before contamination.
