摘要
在临床上习惯把正侧位X线片中骨折线对合情况直接当做骨折对位,这与实际情况不符。作者根据正侧位X线片上骨折线对合情况应用平面几何方法计算骨折对位率,较准确地反映了骨折对位的真实情况,可为处理骨折提供正确依据。
Clinically the connetion of fracture lines usually is considered as apposition of fracture on anterioposterior and lateral X-ray film. But it is out of truth. This paper present how to count the rate of apposition of fracture by plane geometry methods on anterioposterior and lateral X-ray film. It may show the truth position of fracture and supply the correct information for the treatment of fracture.
