摘要
试验从24头同步发情第6天的威尔士供体母羊中挑选出49个优秀桑椹胚,将其移植于5头同步、5头先期发情3天的同种受体母羊子宫内,3天后回收胚胎。结果,同步移植胚胎成活率为66.7%(16/24),异步移植成活率仅20.0%(5/25)。显微照相后的胚胎面积,同步组平均每个胚胎为1.51±0.79μm^2(n=11),非同步组为3.47±2.44μm^2(n=4)。胚细胞计数指出,除在异步组发现一特大胚胎的细胞数量约为正常大胚的二倍外,两组间形态大小相似之胚胎的细胞数量无明显差别。
49 excellent morulas selected from 24 Welsh donor ewes synchronized on Day 6 in oestrus cycle were transferred to same strain's 5 synchronous recipients and 5 asynchronous recipients whose oestrus began 3 days before the onset of oestrus in the donors. Embryos transferred were recoveried three days after. The results of experiments showed. Percentage of viable embryos obtained were 67% (16/24) from synchronous recipients and only 20% (5/25) from uteri with oestrus advanced. The average areas of synchronous and asynchronous embryos recoveried were 1.51±0.79μm^2 (n=11) and 3.47±2.44 μm^2 (n=4), respectively, by means of measuring embryo photograph. Cell counting showed that no difference could be found in cell number's range of embryos with similar size from synchronous and asynchronous recipients, except a striking large embryo giving about twice the cell yield obtained from embryos with normal size.
