摘要
报道171例HBsAg携带者丁型肝炎病毒(简称HDV)混合感染情况。HDAg及抗-HD检测均用ELISA法,171例血清HDAg阳性者为4例,抗-HD阳性者为4例,总的混合感染率为4％。儿童和成年人的混合感染率无明显差异,单独感染和混合感染时,HBV感染指标无明显差异。
To asses the relationship HDV infection and HBV carrier, the serum HDAg and anti-HD of 171 HBV carriers in Yanbian area were tested by ELISA. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The positive rate of serum HDAg was 2％ and that of anti-HD was 2％ and polyinfection rate was 4％; (2) The positive rates for the adult groups and child groups were 5％ and 4％. There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); (3) Positive rate (44％, 25％, 29％, 12％) of anti-HBc and HBeAg in two groups (polyinfection and single infection) was no difference (P>0.05). The results suggest that the two types of virus duplicate at the sametime and depend on each other.
