摘要
业务外包是近年来国外企业改制理论中最有成效的方式,也是使企业发生根本变化的最重要动力之一,并成为企业获取竞争优势的重要战略。企业在获得业务外包带来诸如降低成本等一系列好处的同时,也要承担外包失败的风险。正确地进行外包决策是外包成功的前提。本文对外包企业的业务层次、外包决策层次进行了分析,在此基础上建立了外包战略决策模型,为企业选择适当的外包决策提供了参考。
During these years, outsourcing has been the most effective method in the reformation theories for foreign enterprises. It has also been one of the most important powers for enterprises to undergo a fundamental change and thus has become an important strategy for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. While enterprises can enjoy such benefits as cost reduction from outsourcing, they also have to take the risks from its failure. Therefore, it is a precondition to make correct decisions for outsourcing to succeed. This paper analyzes both the business operation levels of outsourcing enterprises and decision-making levels of outsourcing. On that basis, decision-making model of outsourcing strategy is proposed to provide reference for enterprises to make proper decision of outsourcing.
