摘要
运用AHP法建立评标指标递阶层次结构,构造两两比较判断矩阵确定各指标的权重,并利用模糊数学综合评判的基本理论对子准则层评标指标进行综合评判,将定性指标量化,为工程项目招标评标定标多指标决策提供了一种科学方法。
The method of AHP in making policy for bid are put forward to decide the importance ratio of the bidding indexes and the qualitative indexes are quantified based on the theory of comprehensive judgment in fuzzy mathematics, so a multi-object decision-making evaluating model is set up for evaluation and decision of bid (EDB) in bid invitation project.
