摘要
本文介绍了以PLC为核心构建的细水雾灭火系统的自动控制原理和流程。通过实验研究了细水雾灭火系统的灭火效果,并进行了燃烧、扑灭过程的火场温度采集与处理。实验结果表明,系统反应迅速,控制流程及动作正确。而细水雾扑灭可燃液体火灾的灭火机理之一在于细水雾的显著降温效果。
Principle and process of automatic control on water mist fire-extinguishing system created based on PLC are instructed in the paper. The experiment includes the research of the outfire effect of water mist system, temperature sampling-and-treating of the fire field during the burning and extinguishing is also completed. The result shows that system reacts quickly, the control process and action reach the requirement. One of the mechanics of water mist for putting out liquid combustible fire is the notable cooling effect of water mist.
