摘要
CB-E50型齿轮泵密封圈的压缩量的大小直接影响齿轮泵衬套的静力平衡,从而影响泵性能的提高。拆检发现齿轮和衬套端面磨损严重,针对这一问题,对密封圈压缩量和衬套的静力平衡进行了分析、计算,认为出现这种情况的主要原因是受衬套端面液压脉动的影响,反推液压力和压紧液压力与实际结果有出入,即压紧力比推力大,在这种情况下,对密封圈进行了设计修正。
The compression quantity of CE-E50 gear pump's airproof circle will directly affect the bush's static balance thus influence on the improvement of the pump's quality. After took it apart and inspection, we found that there was serious abrasion on the gear and the surface of bush. Aimed at this problem, we analyzed and calculated the compression quantity of airproof circle and the bush's static balance. It is considered that the main reason of this problem is that under the influence of hydraulic pressure pulsation on the bush's surface, the retro-force of hydraulic pressure and the impacted force of hydraulic pressure is different to the actual result, therefore the impacted force is bigger than the retro-force. On this condition, we design and revise the airproof circle.
