摘要 本研究综述和剖析了现有研究的知识传导过程及模式 ,分析了知识传导九个层面的路径 ,总结知识传导的规律 ,以提高知识的透明性。 The paper reviews the research lireratures on knowledge transfer processes and model,analyzes the nine paths of knowledge transfer.It generalizes the rules of knowledge transfer,which enhance the knowledge limpidity and liquidity and transferring validity.
