摘要
对武钢第二炼钢厂2002年发生的17次漏钢事故的原因进行了分析,在此基础上采取了动态监控设备的精度及保护渣的质量、提高工人操作技能、开发快速更换中间包工艺等措施。采取这些措施十分有效,2003年该厂2号连铸机全年漏钢率为零,全厂漏钢率为0.10‰。
This paper analyzes the reason of 17 times steel bleeding encountered during 2002 at No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO. Based on analyzing,a series of measures were taken at the plant so as to eliminate steel bleeding. The measures included: dynamic controlling equipment situation and mould powder quality;enhancing worker's operation skill; developing the technology to rapidly replace tundish, etc. These measures have played an important role in decreasing the bleeding ratio for the plant. For example, No.2 caster was no bleeding in 2003 and the plant had a low bleeding ratio 0.10?‰ in the same year.
