摘要
提出了用于节水灌溉方案选择的项目综合评价方法———多目标决策灰色关联投影法 ,介绍了该方法的基本原理 ,建立了综合考虑项目的国民经济评价、技术评价和社会评价 ,以及内部收益率、净现值、效益费用比、投资回收期、灌水均匀度、灌水强度、灌溉水利用率、节水灌溉方式的安全性、可靠性、地形适应性、作物的适应性、施工难易程度等因素的节水灌溉方案选择的多目标决策灰色关联投影模型 ,并用实例加以说明 ,所得结果与层次分析法的评价结果基本相同 ,说明该方法用于节水灌溉方案选择是有效的。
The method for synthetically evaluation of optimal choice for water saving irrigation scheme was presented. Multi-criteria decision grey relation projection method was applied and its basic theory was introduced. Meanwhile the following factors were taken into account: the national economic evaluation, the technical evaluation and the social evaluation of a project, internal rate of return,net present value, benefit to cost ratio, period of investment return, the uniformity of irrigation, the intensity of irrigation, rate of irrigation water used, the security and reliability of the water saving irrigation mode, the adaptability of landforms, the adaptability of crops, the popularity with the farmers and the difficulty in construction. It was explained by an example that the result is similar to that of the analytic hierarchy process method, so this method can be used to choose the water saving irrigation scheme.
