摘要
采用室内培养方法,研究了溴氨酸降解菌株———鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonassp.)N1对土壤中溴氨酸的降解作用。结果表明,N1对土壤中溴氨酸的降解行为遵循二级反应动力学方程;高浓度的溴氨酸对N1菌有抑制作用;增大接种量能加快溴氨酸在土壤中的降解速率;N1菌株在土壤中降解溴氨酸的最适温度是30℃,最适pH是7.0;高温和偏碱性环境都会使N1菌株对溴氨酸的降解产生抑制作用。
Degradation of bromamine acid (ABA) at the presence of Sphingomonas sp. strain N1 was investigated in this test in order to evaluate a possibility of remedy an ABA- contaminated soil. The results showed that the degradation of ABA at the presence of the strain N1 in the soil was in accordance of the second- order reaction kinetics. The ABA degradation rate enhanced with the increase of inoculation quantity of the microorganisms in the studied soil. The optimal temperature and pH for ABA degradation at the presence of the strain N1 in the soil were found to be 30℃ and pH 7.0, respectively. However, the degradation of ABA at the strain N1 was inhibited under the conditions under either high ABA concentration, or high temperature and even under slightly alkaline.
