摘要
为研究碳纤维加固方式对梁性能的影响,通过对比未加固的钢筋混凝土梁,设计了开裂与未开裂两种不同状态的钢筋混凝土梁采用碳纤维布加固后的受弯试验.在初始状态钢筋未屈服的情况下,无论加固前梁是否开梁,梁的主要破坏特征均为碳纤维布在跨中断裂;在保证粘贴良好的情况下,两种加固梁的屈服荷载、极限荷载均得到相同程度的提高;梁底粘贴碳纤维布可以有效限制裂缝的发展和延伸,因而加固后的梁的延性及刚度均得到改善;钢筋屈服后,荷载主要由碳纤维布承担,但其强度只能发挥60%左右.
In contrast with normal beam,the test in bednding of cracked beam and sound beam strengthened with CFRP is designed in order to study how the strengthening method affects the performance of the beams. If the steel bars in initial state do not yield,whether the beam is cracked or not,CFRP cracking in the middle of the beam is the main failure mode. Bearing capacity can be increased because of better fracture,and ductility and stiffness can be better because CFRP can limit the development of cracks. The load is taken on mainly by CFRP after the steel bars yield,but only 60 percent of the strength of CFRP can be fulfilled.
