摘要
利用漏磁通(MFL)技术,研制了无损检测铁质工件裂纹的数据采集系统,将虚拟仪器作为上位机以快速处理漏磁信号,并实时显示工件裂纹信息。
In the paper, based on the technology of magnetic flux leakage, a device, which consists of 89C52 single - chip microcomputer system and virtual instrument, is designed for on - line inspection of defects of final products without any omission. In the testing system, virtual instrument is responsible for communicating with the single - chip microcomputer system, data processing, displaying, saving and identifying defects of final products.
