摘要
通过试验比较,以水、乙醇和丙三醇作为中国古代北方干燥地区出土漆器漆皮的回软修复材料,取得了很好的实际效果。回软剂主要以氢键作用与漆膜中漆酚的酚羟基结合,改善漆膜的可塑性,减少了漆膜外层与内层之间的收缩应力,使漆皮易于挠曲和展平。此方法的试验成功为出土漆器干燥漆皮的回复提供了可供使用的回软方法与材料。
There are many lacquerwares excavated in northern China,the preserving states of them are seriously concerned by the conservators and the archaeologists. They are different from the lacquerwares unearthed from south China. These lacquerwares are dug from a moisture state not an waterlogged state,the wooden part of most lacquerwares supported the coated layers once had rotted because of water,salts,micro- organisms and other damaged agents. Though the wooden cores of some lacquerwares are preserved now,they are seriously damaged too. The lacquer film become fragile and it is difficult to keep them intact. To preserve these precious lacquerwares,the lacquer film soften methods are carried out using the mixed solutions which contain of ethyl alcohol,water,propylene glycol,glycethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol. This research work shows the interesting results,however,further experiments should be done if the hopeful consequence is to be expected.
