摘要
为研究风机盘管的机械结构参数变化对换热性能的影响,对翅片管换热器的热湿交换过程进行分析,并建立稳态仿真模型。采用等价干工况的方法对风机盘管的湿工况进行分析计算,避开了析湿系数的求解,使得计算更加简单和准确。在此基础上,利用稳态分布参数仿真模拟,对改变风机盘管翅片管式换热器的机械结构参数时的运行特性进行了详细计算,为风机盘管结构设计的优化提供了理论基础。
A Heat and mass transfer model between air and water of fan coil unit is introduced in detail and is solved by concept of equivalent dry running condition, which transforms wet running condition to dry running condition to simplify the calculating process by excluding the dehumidifying coefficient. With a stationary distributed parameter model, analysis on running characteristics under steady condition, especially on performance versus various geometry parameters is made, which builds a base for optimization of fan-coil units designing.
