高性能稀土Nd-Fe-B黏结磁体 被引量:1

High performance rare earth Nd-Fe-B bonded magnets

摘要 为提高稀土 Nd- Fe- B黏结磁体的磁性能并降低其成本 ,利用改变成型工艺、黏结剂用量、Ba-铁氧体磁粉含量以及磁粉颗粒尺寸等因素的方法进行了研究。实验结果表明黏结永磁体的磁性能的重要影响因素是密度 ,密度越大磁性能越高 ;当黏结剂质量分数为 1.0 %~ 1.5 %且成型压力为90 0 MPa时 ,制得的黏结磁体具有良好的磁性能 ;加入 Ba-铁氧体磁粉可以降低复合黏结磁体的成本 ,当 Ba-铁氧体的体积分数不超过 2 0 %时 ,仍可获得磁性能良好的复合黏结磁体 ;将 10 0目与 2 0 0目两种磁粉按 2 The effects of molding technology, binder content, barium ferrite magnetic powder content and particle size were studied to improve the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B bonded magnets and to reduce their cost. The results indicate that the density is an important factor influencing the magnetic properties of bonded magnets with the magnetic properties increasing with density. Bonded magnets with good magnetic properties were obtained using 900 MPa with 1.0%~1.5% (mass fraction) of binder. The addition of ferrite magnetic powder reduces the cost of the composite bonded magnets. Composite bonded magnets with good magnetic properties can be obtained with no more than 20% (volume fraction) barium ferrite magnetic powder. Bonded magnets made from a mixture of two kinds of magnetic powders with 100 mesh and 200 mesh particles in the proportion of 2∶1 have good magnetic properties.
