摘要
在深入研究现代先进制造管理技术和造船管理模式的基础上 ,结合中小型造船企业的生产管理特点以及作者的工作经验 ,提出了一些提高中小型造船企业生产管理水平的方法和建议。
Based on the deep research on modern developed methods of production management as well as the management modes of shipbuilding industry, in light of the natures of production management of shipbuilding, the author puts forward some methods and suggestion to improve the production management of the medium and small sized shipbuilding enterprises.
