基于脑电信号相干性分析的阿尔兹海默病诊断的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在分析了脑电图数据的相干性算法后 ,提出了基于离散取样数据的相关函数与相干系数的算法 ,并用C+ +语言进行了软件设计。经临床应用发现本研究的相关系数算法快速方便 ,并且实验发现阿尔兹海默病患者与正常人群脑电图在左右前额叶间 (F3-F4 )、左右中心间 (C3-C4 )、左右顶间 (P3-P4 )、左右颞间 (T5 -T6 )的相干系数有明显的差异 ,提示脑电图数据的相干性计算分析在临床上对阿尔兹海默病有诊断意义。 After investigating the arithmetic of coherence for electroencephalograph (EEG), the arithmetic of coherence for EEG based on discrete sampling data is present here. The program was designed by using of C ++ language, and applied in clinic. The program for calculation coherence runs quickly and conveniently. The experimental facts indicate that there are apparently different coherences between Alzheimer's disease patients and the normal controls as such in the left-right frontals (F3-F4), left-right centrals (C3-C4), left-right parietals (P3-P4) and left-right temporals (T5-T6). It is suggested that methodology of coherence analysis of EEG data is a useful tool in diagnosing Alzheimer's disease.
