摘要
用荧光偏振、ESR波谱分析技术及紫外分光光度法,分析了铁存在下儿茶素抗自由基效应。结果表明:铁对红细胞膜的损伤无阈值存在。儿茶素对铁存在下自由基损伤红细胞膜的保护作用存在阈值,即:EGCG为0.02mmol/L,ECG为0.025mmol/L,EGC为0.028mmol/L,EC为0.05mmol/L。高浓度的儿茶素在铁的存在下能明显损伤红细胞膜。儿茶素能有效清除脂类自由基,且与铁有较强的螯合作用。儿茶素对铁存在下自由基损伤红细胞膜的保护作用与清除启动因子自由基及脂质过氧化次级自由基和对铁的较强络合作用有关。
Fluorescence polarization, electron spin resonance (ESR) and ultraviolet spectrophotoscope were used to investigate the effect of catechins on inhibiting free radicals at the present of iron ion. No threshold value existed for the injury of red cell membrane by iron ion. Threshold values existed for catechins to protect red cell membrane from injury by free radicals at the present of iron ion,i.e. 0.02 mmol/L for EGCG,0.025 for ECG,0.028 for EGC and 0.05 for EC. High catechins concentration would evidently injure red cell membrane at the present of iron ion. Catechins possessed a powerful ability to scavenge lipid radicals and to chelat with iron ion. The protection of red cell membrane from the injury by free radicals was correlated with the ability of catechins to scavenge the promoter free radicals and lipid radicals and to chelate with iron ion.
