摘要
内应力影响PCB的尺寸稳定性。本文阐述了内应力产生的原因,分析了内应力与PCB涨缩的关系。论文基于PCB生产流程,探讨了湿热效应对板材涨缩的影响,达到掌握涨缩规律的目的。
Internal stress affects dimension stability of PCB.The paper expounds the principle of generating internal stress,analyses the relationship between internal stress and PCB Expansion and Shrinkage.Based on PCB production process,the paper discusses the Expansion and Shrinkage affected by hygrothermal effect,so as to master the regulation of Expansion and Shrinkage.
