铁水镁脱硫高效化的研究与应用

摘要 马钢第一钢轧总厂在开发冶炼超低硫品种钢时,要求实现转炉终点出钢硫达到小于0.010%以下目标,通过对铁水镁脱硫采用新技术、新材料和优化措施,取得脱硫率≥90%,回硫低,扒损≤28kg/t铁,温降≤26℃,脱硫周期≤35min,以及喷枪、耙渣板寿命提高等效果,实现了铁水镁脱硫高效化,满足洁净钢生产需要。 The new technologies,new materials and optimization used on HM desulphurization to reach the target of less 0.010% [S] at blowing end are discussed,while the No.1 steel making and rolling plant producing ultra low sulphur steel grade.The desulphurization rate was more than 90%,the loss of HM was less than 28kg/t HM,the temperature loss was less than 26℃,the desulphurization cycle was less than 35min,and got the result of low sulphur return,the life of blowing lance and slag removal plate is risesed.The high efficient desulphurization was realized and meet the requirement of clean steel producing.
