摘要
由于异步起动永磁同步电动机的堵转转矩很难测试,经常造成测试仪器损坏而且测试结果精度不够。本文通过分析异步起动永磁同步电动机的起动过程,提出用反转法测试异步起动永磁同步电动机的堵转转矩,通过试验验证,取得了较好的效果。
As the test of locked-rotor torque of the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor is very difficult, it usually causes the breakage of the testing equipment, and the accuracy of testing result isn’t enough. This paper puts forward that the locked-rotor torque of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor can be tested by reversing method, through the analysis of the starting press of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor. This method gets good results through experimental verification.
