摘要
从对信息技术投资的控制要素分析入手 ,利用混沌同步方法 ,分析信息投资系统与企业发展目标要素相应系统之间的混沌同步作用 ,建立了信息技术投资和企业发展的P -C混沌同步模型 。
The paper first analyses the key elements of information technology control with the chaos synchronism method. By clarifing the chaotic synchronic function of both information investment system and the relavent system of enterprise objectine elemcnts, it sets up the model of realizing p-C sychronism for information investment and enterprise development. The paper then raises the strategies of implenenting enterprise information technology investment control.
