摘要
地方高校包括地方公办与民办本专科院校的办学类型应定位于以就业导向的应用型高校。以充分就业,为地方经济社会和人民大众生活服务培养应用型人才为基本宗旨和使命。
At present,development of economy and upgrading of industry structure in china,the living contents present multipled and multi-level characters,these requests deduce that local university make the correct place in the type choice and the target of the training of the talents.This article research target of the training of the talents in application,the way to the training of the talents in application,the course pattern reform in application.At last the author propose the constructive opinions in training of the local talents oriented in application.
