摘要
本文介绍了气垫式流浆箱的自动控制系统,分析了系统的模型、控制回路和主控对象,并针对液位、总压控制阐述了PID和解耦算法。同时详细讲述了该系统在某纸厂气垫式流浆箱项目中的实际开发应用情况。
This paper introduced the auto-control system for air-cushioned headbox, includes headbox model, control loops and control objects. The arithmetic method of PID and decoupling are illustrated for the control of liquid level and total pressure. And we developed a detailed system applied in a certain paper making product line.
