摘要
介绍了马马崖一级水电站地下发电厂房顶拱喷混凝土裂缝开展及渗水情况。结合地质资料,对裂缝出现的原因进行了初步分析。利用ABAQUS对地下厂房洞室群围岩变形和喷混凝土应力应变进行了三维弹塑性有限元分析。研究了地应力和地下水对围岩变形和顶拱喷混凝土应力应变的影响。结果表明:竖向构造应力较大,开挖后顶拱回弹变形较大,是引起顶拱喷混凝土开裂的主要原因;地下水渗入围岩结构面,结构面力学参数降低,促使裂缝进一步开展,导致厂房顶拱喷混凝土层出现脱空、渗水等现象。提出了处理措施,处理措施以加强排水为主,结合顶拱区域补强灌浆、补增锚喷支护等。
The crack development and water seepage of crown shotcrete of underground powerhouse of Mamaya I Hydropower Station are introduced.Combined with geological data,a preliminary analysis is conducted on the causes of cracks.A three-dimensional finite element elastoplastic analysis on the deformation of surrounding rock and stress and strain of crown shotcrete of underground powerhouse are performed by using ABAQUS software.The effects of insitu stress and groundwater on the deformation of surrounding rock and the stress and strain of crown shotcrete are studied.The results show that:The large deformation of the crown surround rock after excavation caused by large insitu stress is the main reasons for the cracking of the crown shotcrete.Groundwater infiltrates into the structural surface of surrounding rock,resulting in the reduction of mechanical parameters,which will further promote the development of cracks,resulting in void of the crown shotcrete,and water seepage.Combined with the analysis results,the treatment measures are put forward.The treatment measures are mainly to strengthen drainage,combined with the reinforcement grouting in the top arch area,and to add anchor spray support.
