摘要
全面推进河长制是切实落实绿色发展理念,创新河湖管理模式的有效手段。有关部门要充分认识河长制的重要价值和深远意义,全面推进河长制,提高水生态系统保护效率和质量。本文阐述了河长制的现状和河长制河道管理模式的全面实施意义,提出了河长制河道管理模式的全面推进策略,并且举例说明了蒙阴县结合此制度做出的成就。
