摘要
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)是从绿茶中提取的一种儿茶素类单体,具有广泛的生物活性,如抗癌、抗炎、缓解心血管疾病等。并且,EGCG诸多药理活性均与其强力的抗氧化活性有关,大量研究表明,EGCG结构的稳定对维持其生物活性至关重要,但EGCG在体外易受光、氧、温度、pH等因素的影响,在体内胃肠滞留时间短、渗透性差、容易受胃肠环境的影响而变得不稳定,最终影响其生物活性。作者综述了EGCG体内外稳定性,并从结构修饰和制剂技术两方面介绍了EGCG稳定化方法,为保持EGCG活性及更广泛的应用提供新思路。
Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),derived from green tea,and exhibits extensive pharmacological actions.It has been primarily used for the treatment of cancer,inflammation,cardiovascular diseases,etc.Moreover,many pharmacological activities of EGCG are related to its strong antioxidant activity.A large number of studies have shown that the stability of EGCG structure is critical for maintaining its biological activity.However,the stability of EGCG in vitro is affected by light,oxygen,temperature,pH,etc.EGCG has been shown instability in gastrointestinal tract be-cause of its short residence time,poor permeability and easily affected by the gastrointestinal environment,which would affect its pharmacological actions finally.This paper reviews the EGCG stability in vivo and in vitro,and introduces the method of promoting the EGCG stabilization through structural modification and preparation technology.This review will provide a new idea for maintaining the activity of EGCG and wider application.
