摘要
为了提高变压器油中溶解气体分析的准确性、实现全自动样品预处理,通过整体设计思路、自动注入装置、旋塞阀自动开关来研究预处理设备。从注油量准确性、顶空瓶中空气是否能被完全置换、注油过程中是否会引入空气、前后样品间是否存在污染等方面对比,DGA全自动预处理设备均通过验证。该设备符合GB/T17623—2017标准,相比于传统的手动操作准确性高、自动化程度高、耗时少,可用于现场快速进行变压器油样品的批量制备。
In order to improve the accuracy of dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil and realize full-automatic sample pre-processing,the pre-processing equipment is studied through the overall design idea,automatic injection device and automatic switch of plug valve.This kind of pre-processing equipment has been verified in terms of the accuracy of oil injection quantity,whether the air in the headspace bottle is completely replaced,whether the air is introduced in the process of oil injection,and whether there is pollution between the front and rear samples.The equipment conforms to GB/T17623—2017 standard.Compared with traditional manual operation,it has high accuracy,high degree of automation and less time consumption.It can be used for rapid batch preparation of transformer oil samples on site.
