板肋加劲板初始几何缺陷试验研究

摘要 初始几何缺陷对板肋加劲板的稳定承载力影响较大,为研究板肋加劲板在加工制作及运输过程中可能产生的初始几何缺陷,对10个板肋加劲板试件进行缺陷试验研究,根据试件破坏形态的不同分别测量其局部与整体初始几何缺陷,结合统计学的概率密度曲线,得到板肋加劲板局部几何缺陷与整体几何缺陷的形态与幅值。研究表明:在局部几何缺陷的分布中,局部几何缺陷沿板宽表现为一个或多个正弦曲线的半波形式分布,沿板件长度方向的分布规律具有不确定性。随着板肋高度的增大,最大缺陷幅值逐渐往自由端偏移,且中间板肋焊接加工时对被加劲板造成的局部变形逐渐减小,而两侧板肋对被加劲板的影响逐渐增大;在整体几何缺陷的分布中,整体几何缺陷受板肋焊接加工的影响较小,沿试件长度表现为一个正弦曲线的半波形式分布。 The initial geometric defects have a great impact on the stable bearing capacity of plate stiffened plates.In order to study the possible initial geometric defects of plate stiffened plates during manufacturing and transportation,10 plate stiffened plate specimens were tested and studied.The local and overall initial geometric defects were measured respectively according to the different failure modes of the specimens,combined with the statistical probability density curve,The shapes and amplitudes of local geometric defects and overall geometric defects of stiffened plates are obtained.The results show that:In the distribution of local geometric defects,the local geometric defects are distributed in the form of one or more sinusoidal half waves along the plate width,and the distribution law along the plate length is uncertain.With the increase of the height of the plate rib,the maximum defect amplitude gradually shifts to the free end,and the local deformation caused by the welding of the middle plate rib on the stiffened plate gradually decreases,while the influence of the plate ribs on both sides on the stiffened plate gradually increases;In the distribution of the overall geometric defects,the overall geometric defects are less affected by the plate rib welding process,and are distributed in the form of a sinusoidal half wave along the length of the specimen.
