摘要
为解决不良地质条件下铁路隧道衬砌空洞整治效果难以保证的难题,依托隧道整治实际工程,采用理论分析与数值计算,对衬砌空洞成因、近似标准流程化的整治技术方案、不良地质条件下衬砌结构安全性验算、整治效果评价等方面进行研究。研究结果显示:1)衬砌空洞主要是由地下水侵蚀、岩溶等不良地质作用以及初期支护不平整、冲顶不满、人为因素等施工质量问题导致的;2)通过结构安全性验算、地质雷达无损检测和衬砌强度试验的效果验收可知,所建立的铁路隧道衬砌空洞系统整治理念与方法体系具有良好的效果。
To guarantee the renovation effect of railway tunnel lining cavity under bad geological conditions,based on practical renovation cases,the causes of lining cavity,the approximately standard flow-based renovation technical solutions,the safety calculation of lining structure with bad geological conditions,renovation effect assesment,etc.are studied.The results show that:(1)Lining cavity is mainly caused by bad geological effects(i.e.groundwater erosion and karstification)and construction quality problems(i.e.uneven initial supports,vault cavity and human factor);(2)Through checking calculation of structural safety and non-destructive testing of geological radar and lining strength experiment,it is proved that the comprehensive renovation concept and method system of railway tunnel lining cavity established have good effect.
