摘要
为适应舰艇编队远洋作战油料保障要求,做好未来远洋作战油料保障力量部署工作,在总结舰艇编队远洋作战油料保障特点的基础上,明确舰艇编队远洋作战油料保障力量部署要求和部署方式,并从统一部署保障力量、发展预置保障力量、调用地方保障力量等3个方面,提出不断提高舰艇编队远洋作战油料保障力量部署水平需要重点把握的问题,为远洋作战后勤保障指挥决策提供理论参考。
In order to adapt to the requirements of oil support for warship formation in distant operations and the deployment of oil support forces in future distant operations,this paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of oil support in warship formation in distant operations.Then,it defines the deployment requirements and methods of oil support forces in warship formation in distant ocean operations.Finally,it puts forward the key issues that need to be grasped in order to continuously improve the deployment level of oil support forces in warship formation in distant ocean operations from three aspects:deploying unified support forces,developing preset support forces,and deploying local support forces,which provides a theoretical reference for the decision-making of logistics support in distant ocean operations.
