摘要
目前在国内油田地面工程对采出水处理设备进行CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)流体仿真模拟的相关研究与分析相对较少,充分结合海外大型油田工程项目中采出水处理设施的应用实例,通过CFD模拟技术对大型气浮(IGF)及撇油罐进行流体仿真模拟应用,总结了CFD模拟的设计输入条件、模拟结果及主要技术要点,为分析采出水处理设备的去除效果及工艺流程方案设计合理性提供指导与借鉴,为判断采出水除油效果由定性向定量转变提供了方向。同时,通过CFD模拟将采出水处理工艺、处理设备进行数值化、可视化、定量化计算分析已经成为发展趋势与技术要求。
The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)for produced water treatment equipment is relatively few applications in Oilfield Surface Engineering of project.This paper fully combined with overseas oilfield Project application examples,applies fluid simulation for large Induced Gas Flotation(IGF)and skimming tank with CFD simulation technology,summarizes the design input conditions,the simulation results and main technical points of CFD simulation design,provides guidance and reference for analyzing the removal efficiency of the produced water treatment equipment and rationality of process design,and It also provides a direction for judging the shift from qualitative to quantitative of oil removal effect of produced water.Numerical,visual and quantitative calculation and analysis of produced water treatment process and process equipment through CFD simulation has become the development trend and technical requirements.
