高强热轧带肋钢筋在基坑支护工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 高强钢筋强度高,可减少钢筋用量,降低工程造价,方便施工,故在基坑支护工程中有着广阔的应用前景。该文通过分析计算,认为随着采用的钢筋强度提高,用钢量大幅度降低,即使钢筋材料单价升高,但总造价仍有明显优势。在使用中应优先考虑应用于围护结构中弯矩较大的混凝土构件,如围护桩墙、腰梁、冠梁、支撑栈桥梁等。弯矩较小按最小配筋率进行配筋的构件,采用高强钢筋造价并无优势。因此在无锡地区,一层地库围护工程中构造配筋的围护桩、圈梁不需要采用高强钢筋,而对于二层以上地库采用高强钢筋可获得较好的效益。 The high strength reinforcing steel bar has high strength,which can reduce the amount of reinforcement and the cost of projects,and facilitate construction,so it has broad application prospects in foundation pit support engineering.Through analysis and calculation in this paper,it believes that with the increasing of the strength of the reinforcing steel bar,the steel consumption will be greatly reduced.And even if the unit price of reinforcing steel bar material increases,the total cost will still have obvious advantages.In use,the priority should be given to concrete members with large bending moment in the enclosure structure,such as enclosure pile wall,waist beam,crown beam,support trestle beam,etc.However,for members with small bending moment and minimum reinforcement ratio,the cost of high strength reinforcing steel bar has no advantage.Therefore,in Wuxi area,it is unnecessary to use high strength steel bars for the construction of reinforced piles and ring beams in the enclosure project of the one floor basement,but using high strength steel bars for the two-stories or above basement,it can obtain better benefits.
