合金成分对激光熔覆高熵合金涂层影响的研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress in Influence of Composition and Content on Laser Cladding High-entropy Alloy Coating

摘要 高熵合金(High-Entropy Alloys, HEAs)因其兼备优越的力学和电化学性能,得到研究者关注。激光熔覆可在基材表面熔覆具有特种功能的涂层,使单一材质材料成为功能梯度复合材料,通过激光熔覆在材料表面制备HEAs涂层,可显著提升材料表面硬度、高温力学性能和耐腐蚀性,延长服役寿命。概述了合金成分及含量对激光熔覆HEAs涂层硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等性能的影响及其机理,总结了激光熔覆制备HEAs涂层面临的挑战,展望了激光熔覆HEAs涂层的应用前景和发展方向。 High-entropy alloys(HEAs) have been the focus of research in academia and industry due to the excellent mechanical and electrochemical properties. Coatings with special functions can be cladded on the substrate surface by laser cladding, making single material become functional gradient composite. HEAs coating on the surface can significantly improve the surface hardness, high-temperature mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material, prolonging the service life. The effects of alloy composition and content on the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of laser cladding HEAs coatings as well as the mechanism were reviewed.The challenges of laser cladding HEAs coatings were summarized, and the application as well as development direction of laser cladding HEAs coatings was prospected.
