摘要
为了加深对尼龙66缩聚工艺的理解,优化尼龙66的生产工艺,并指导新工艺的发展,利用热力学模型,对连续缩聚过程进行了仿真实验,将得到的仿真值与工业生产值进行比较验证,最终确定了缩聚过程工艺参数的优化内容,对指导实际生产和工艺优化提供了借鉴。
In order to deepen the understanding of nylon 66 polycondensation process,optimize the production process of nylon 66,and guide the development of new processes,a thermodynamic model was used to simulate the continuous polycondensation process,and the simulation value obtained was compared with the industrial production value for verification.Finally,the optimization content of the process parameters of the polycondensation process is determined,which provides a reference for guiding actual production and process optimization.
