摘要
本文应用不同浓度的阿霉素、六亚甲双乙酰胺(HMBA)、维A酸和阿扎胞苷对鼠乳房腺癌的表皮细胞株FUKU细胞的生长和集落(克隆)形成的作用进行初步探讨。结果表明,阿霉素、HMBA和阿扎胞苷对FUKU细胞的生长和集落形成的抑制作用主要与它们的浓度和作用时间密切相关。维A酸对FUKU细胞的生长抑制作用较小,其对集落形成的抑制作用与维A酸作用时间有关。
The effects of doxorubicin, hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) and azacitidine on the growth and colony forming efficiency (CFE) of FUKU cells were not only dependent on the concentration, but also on the time treated with these agents. The inhibition on the growth of FUKU cells by tretinoin was slight; and the effects of tretinoin or the CFE of FUKU cells depended on the treating time.
